Identity and address of the party responsible for the personal information handling.
TALIPOT STUDIO S.A.P.I. DE C.V., known as TALIPOT STUDIO (hereinafter TALIPOT), with address at Puebla number 403, Colonia Roma Norte, Mexico City, and website https://talipot.studio, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, so we inform you of the following:
I.- Purposes of processing your personal data.
TALIPOT collects your personal data directly by electronic means either by our website, email and/or by phone, and/or personally from its owner, and indirectly through transfers made by its affiliated companies.
I.1.- Primary purposes: The personal data that TALIPOT collects from you, is necessary to carry out the commercialization and/or provision of our services as a producer of audiovisual materials, attend your opinions, complaints or suggestions, evaluate the quality of our services, notify you about new services or products that are related to the previously contracted services, communicate changes to them, carry out electronic billing of the services you receive from TALIPOT, provide advice and support regarding the services contracted with us, and where appropriate, make the guarantees we offer with our services valid.
I.2.- Secondary purposes: We inform you that additionally, we will use your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes, commercial prospecting, and to integrate a customer database; since said purposes of using your personal data will be secondary, as well as not necessary for the provision of the requested services, but that allow us to provide a better service at the time of rendering our services.
In case you do not want your personal data to be processed for the secondary purposes mentioned in the immediately preceding paragraph, you can communicate your determination, in accordance with the procedure established in section VII of this Privacy Notice.
II.- Personal data submitted to processing.
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, TALIPOT may collect and, where appropriate, process the following personal data: full name; personal and/or office address; tax residence; Federal Taxpayer Registration Number; date of birth; landline and/or cell phone number and/or your workplace; private and/or work email; date of birth.
In addition to the above, and in case you make any payment to TALIPOT for the provision of its services, we are likely to have access to the bank account number to which the respective payment will be made.
In relation to the immediately preceding paragraph and in terms of the provisions of article 8 paragraph IV and article 10 section IV, of the LFPDPPP, it will not be necessary to obtain the express consent of the owner of the aforementioned financial or property personal data, since the Personal data collected is intended to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship between you and TALIPOT.
III.- Sensitive personal data sensitive to be used.
TALIPOT does not collect information and/or personal data considered sensitive, that require special protection.
IV.- Personal information that is shared and the purposes for which it is shared.
We inform you that your personal data collected by TALIPOT, may be shared inside and outside the country, only to companies that are part of the group to which TALIPOT belongs, whether they are subsidiaries or holders, in order to maintain statistical, administrative, quality controls, and where appropriate, for advertising and commercial prospecting purposes, as well as to offer the products that TALIPOT and/or the group of companies to which it belongs commercializes; the companies that receive your personal data are obliged to protect your personal data provided, in the same terms as this Privacy Notice, the foregoing, notwithstanding that they are obliged to protect your personal data, in accordance with the corresponding legal provisions.
Before sharing your personal data, TALIPOT will inform the corresponding recipients of the content and scope of this Privacy Notice, so that the personal data shared is respected at all times, in accordance with the provisions in this Privacy Notice.
TALIPOT may provide your personal data to any civil, criminal or administrative authority, pursuant to the requirements made by the corresponding Authority for this purpose.
In the event that you do not want your personal data to be transferred, you have the right to express it, requesting it at the address of TALIPOT, through the person designated by TALIPOT for the Protection of Personal Data of name Bii Niza Cojulun and/or by email to biiniza@talipot.studio submitting the document called “Request for the Exercise of ARCO Rights”, which must be filled out and requested by you, so that you can deliver it to the domicile of TALIPOT, to the person designated by the latter for the Protection of Personal Data and/or by sending to the aforementioned email account, together with the information and documentation established in the aforementioned request, in order to verify your identity and be able to resolve it.
In addition to the above, you can express your refusal to process your personal data for those purposes that are not necessary, nor have given rise to the legal relationship with TALIPOT, which may be requested through the “ARCO Rights Exercise Request”, in the terms specified in the immediately preceding paragraph.
Without prejudice to the provisions of article 10, section IV, of the LFPDPPP, the disclosure and transmission of your personal data that is configured, is subject to the tacit consent you make, once this Notice is made known to you and if you do not express your opposition.
In the cases in which your personal data is obtained indirectly, and a change of the purposes that were consented by you in the transfer of the data takes place, we will make available the corresponding Privacy Notice, prior to the use of the personal information. Also, when this Privacy Notice is not made known directly, by electronic means either by email and/or by phone or in a personal way, you will have a period of five days so that, if applicable, you may express your refusal to process your personal data for purposes that are different from those that are necessary and give rise to the legal relationship between you and TALIPOT. If you do not express your refusal to process your data in accordance with the foregoing, it will be understood that you have given your consent for the treatment of them.
V.- Ways to Access, Rectify or Cancel your personal data, or to Oppose its use.
You have the right to know the personal data we have collected about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when considered that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
For the exercise of any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the respective application to TALIPOT. To access the “Application for the Exercise of ARCO Rights” and learn about the procedure as well as the necessary requirements for the exercise of ARCO rights, you can access the following website https://talipot.studio send an email to the following address contacto@talipot.studio and/or contact the person designated by TALIPOT for the Protection of Personal Data named Bii Niza Cojulun which is located at the address of TALIPOT, in order to process your request for the exercise of the aforementioned ARCO rights and address as well as answer any questions that may arise regarding the processing of your personal data.
For the purpose of the foregoing, the domicile in which the person designated by TALIPOT for the Protection of Personal Data is located, is in Avenida Constituyentes 41, Colonia San Miguel Chapultepec, Mexico City, who can be contacted in said account of email and/or by telephone numbers 5559298271.
VI.- Way to revoke your consent for the use of your personal data.
You can revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we require to continue treating your personal data. Also, you should consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply the termination of your relationship with us.

VII.- Ways to limit the use or disclosure of your personal information.
In order for you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, it is necessary that you contact TALIPOT at the telephone number 5559298271 and/or by sending an email to the contacto@talipot.studio account, or either by contacting the person designated by TALIPOT for the Protection of Personal Data, so that your data is excluded for the aforementioned effects, after checking your identity, by providing us with the documentation that attests it.
Likewise, you can register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, by the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (PROFECO), which aims to register your telephone numbers, to prevent you from receiving telephone calls for advertising purposes.
VIII.- Ways to know the changes in this Privacy Notice.
This privacy notice may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements; of our own needs for the professional services we offer; of our privacy practices, or for other reasons beyond TALIPOT control.
We undertake to keep you informed about the changes that this Privacy Notice may undergo through the https://talipot.studio website, in the section called Privacy Notice and/or by sending email to the account you provided to us.
IX.- Use of tracking technologies in our Internet portal.
IX.1.- Cookies.- It is possible that https://talipot.studio makes use of “cookies” in connection with certain features or functions. Cookies are specific types of information that a website transmits to the hard drive of the computer from which you access that page, in order to keep records. “Cookies” can be used to facilitate the use of a website, by saving passwords and preferences while you browse the Internet. https://talipot.studio does not use “cookies” to obtain personally identifiable data from your computer.
IX.2.- Web beacons.- The “web beacons” are images inserted in an Internet page or email, which can be used to monitor the behavior of a visitor, such as storing information about the user’s IP address, duration of the interaction time on that page and the type of browser used, among others.
TALIPOT will use IP (Internet Protocol) information to analyze any type of threats to https://talipot.studio, as well as to gather demographic information. However, the IP information will not be used to identify users, except when there are probabilities of fraudulent activity.

We make of your knowledge that you have the right to go to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) at any time in case you determine it, for the benefit of your respective interests.
XI.- Your consent to the processing of your personal data.
We inform you that, in case you do not refuse to have your personal data processed after this Privacy Notice was made known, your consent will be tacitly accepted, so you accept in each and every one of its parts this Privacy Notice, consenting that your personal data be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions reported in this document.
